PR Peptides aims to resolve order issues fairly while protecting the integrity of research materials. This policy explains how we handle cancellation requests, damaged or incorrect items, and eligible refunds.

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use and are available to customers aged 21 and over.

Order Accuracy & Returns

Please review product names, strengths, quantities, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns, including products ordered incorrectly or no longer required. Returned materials cannot be assumed suitable for resale because their storage and handling conditions cannot be verified.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with your order number. We will review your request based on its processing status.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, is missing, or differs from your order, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the affected product, where relevant.
• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.

Keep the affected items and packaging while we review your claim. Do not use materials whose identity or integrity is uncertain, and do not return products without instructions from our team.

Following review, we will explain the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable rights.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will assist with reviewing its status and investigating with the carrier where appropriate.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check your delivery area, household members, building reception, and any designated safe location. Notify the carrier and our team promptly.

Approved Returns

If a return is required, our team will provide instructions before you send the item. These instructions may include packaging requirements and the appropriate return address.

Responsibility for return shipping costs will be explained when the return is authorized. Where an issue results from our error, we will arrange an appropriate resolution without charging you to correct that error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, our team will discuss an appropriate alternative with you.

We will confirm when the refund has been issued. Your payment provider or bank may require additional time to make the funds available.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund relates to our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Handling & Storage

Customers are responsible for following the product’s stated storage instructions and appropriate laboratory handling procedures after delivery.

Damage caused after delivery by improper storage, contamination, misuse, or handling may affect eligibility for a return or refund. Each claim will be assessed based on the available information.
